Notes:  All paintings are by Joe Jusko.  Also distributed in a factory-tin set, which
included 5 bonus cards that were not distributed elsewhere, often called the "5
lost cards"; the factory set was "limited" to 35,000 copies.  Joe Jusko individually
signed complete parallel sets, with 5,000 copies numbered and (reportedly) many
more signed copies that are not numbered.  Thanks to Reginald Bauer, Monica 
White, Todd  Jordan, and Erk for updates!

The "printer's proof" was not intended for public distribution, but copies have
shown up in the open market. Most of the uncut sheets apparently were not
originally planned for distribution either, and more of them may show up. For
those of you who follow such things, Reginald reports an "error card" for #91
(Thing), miscut so that part of the picture and text are missing, with a border
apparently cut from the checklist card; and a 1-D card with the proper front but 
a back that contains about half each of the content for 3-D and 4-D.

Box: 36 packs of 6 cards.
Common sets: approx. 2.13 per box if collation were perfect.
