Notes:  Cards were issued as a set. The Certificate of Authenticity states: 
"The Hari Kari trading card set is issued by Blackout Comics Inc., and is 
signed by the creators. This collection is limited to 1000 sets created." My 
set (#474) was signed as noted, but I don't know if there were other selected 
cards that were autographed.
