DC Comics Backing Board Cards - Series 2

  DC Comics - 1989

Notes:  This set of cards came in nine different sheets of 8 that formed the 
the backing boards for comics sold in 3-packs at large retailers. In original 
condition, they are not perforated and have a header, used for hanging the 
product. Headers were different depending on the books packaged with 
the card sheets, so the number of variations (combinations of header and 
card sheet) may be large. Packaging states "collect all 48" nine sheets were 
produced during this time period. Thanks much to Mike Kooiman for the

A first series with six sheets was produced in 1987. Below, cards are listed 
within the board-groups (with board "number" assigned arbitrarily) and 
then sequentially at the bottom.
