Notes:  This series builds on the foundation of a set that was planned by Cards Inc., 
but was never produced except for a preview set. Many or most of the sketch 
cards were drawn for the planned 2005 set. The numbers of sketches shown are 
based on either artist reports or the total sketches posted on the Strictly Ink 
website; the 'scarcity' levels are taken from the groupings on the checklist card.
