Desert Storm Victory in the Gulf
Topps - 1991 (Not Issued)

Notes:  I don't usually include "Topps Vault" type of materials that were never
offered for regular consumer sale, but I am making an exception here in the interests
of historical completeness.  This is the second Desert Storm series planned by Topps,
but after pre-production the company scrapped the design and decided to continue
with a format and numbering similar to the first series.  Cards are distinguished by
an Eagle logo (without shield) in the corner, with text "Victory in the Gulf."  All
that is known to survive from this production are two blank-backed uncut sheets,
with artist's notes on the front.  Because of the blank backing, we cannot definitively
provide a checklist for the second half of the 132-card planned set. Thanks much to
